EPI-USE Analytics was founded in 1992 by Martin Hopkins, our Executive Chairman and from this time has been focusing on the development of tools and techniques to assist companies improve performance and increase shareholder value.

In 2000, a majority stake was acquired in EPI-USE Analytics by EPI-USE Africa (Pty) Ltd which is affiliated to the world-wide EPI-USE Organisation. EPI-USE Africa is also a member of Magnisol, a world-class software and services business with a strong global presence, specializing in the implementation of SAP Human Capital Management-based solutions.

In 2004, a minority stake of EPI-USE Africa was sold to Nokusa Consulting a Black owned and managed consulting company that offers management consulting with specific emphasis on business transformation. This ownership in our parent company gives EPI-USE Analytics an effective 36% BBEEE shareholding and through our purchasing policies, corporate social investment and training programs that have seen us score 88% on the Qualifying Small Enterprise BEE scorecard (unaudited).
